Email Whitelisting


Thank you for subscribing to Slimtrimsuccess.

A lot of internet and email companies are using software programs to block unwanted email, which is often referred to as Spam. Sometimes these programs also block emails you want to receive.


To be sure of receiving your Slimtrimsuccess emails do the following :

Make sure to add the Slimtrimsuccess email address (support@slimtrimsuccess.com) to your email whitelist to be sure of receiving our updates and content.

A whitelist is a list of email addresses or domains that you want to receive and that the program will not block or filter as Spam.


Why is it so important?

Spam – unwanted emails or unsolicited advertising - has become a real issue to the point that many Internet Service Providers and email services now have software programs to filter or block mail that might fall into the category of Spam.

Slimtrimsuccess is all in favour of reducing Spam, and we support the intention of these programs, but unfortunately they are not a perfect solution as they often also accidentally block or filter out mail that you do want to receive.

There's something you can do to ensure you do receive our content and get the value from subscribing – you can create a whitelist.

Add us to your Whitelist now before your delivery is interrupted.

All email systems are different, so here are some of the most common ones.


Gmail

  1. In your inbox find an email from support@slimtrimsuccess.com / Slimtrimsuccess (for example your welcome email)
  2. Drag this email to the 'Primary' tab of your inbox
  3. From now on our emails will go into this folder!


Yahoo

When you open a message, '+' should appear next to from and the Sender's name. 

 When you select this an 'Add to Contacts' tab should appear. 

 Choose 'Save'.



Mac Mail :

  1. Select Address book
  2. Select File
  3. Select New Card
  4. Enter the email address you want to white list (support@slimtrimsuccess.com) and any additional info if you wish
  5. Click edit to finish


IOS Devices- IPad, IPhone, IPod, Touch1

On our message, tap the Sender and add to a New Contact.



Android devices- Samsung, Google Nexus

In the default email client, touch the picture of the Sender and click OK to add to contacts.



Outlook 2010
  1. Select the Home tab
  2. Select Junk
  3. Select Junk Email Options
  4. Select Safe Senders
  5. Select Add
  6. Enter our email address (support@slimtrimsuccess.com) and any additonal info if you wish
  7. Click OK to finish
